Located within minutes from downtown Nassau and the Palmdale Commercial District, the new office building will offer more than 44000 sqft of rental space. The facades take into consideration the sun incidence. Thus, the South and West facades are defined by an orthogonal web of protruded columns and slabs which provide shade for the windows. Meanwhile, always in the shade , the North facade is flat with all elements in the same plane. A landscaped plaza allows for a smooth transition between the busy street and the main entrance. A large canopy dotted with skylights protects the main entrance from the elements. An upper floor terrace garden allows for private gatherings and quiet lunch breaks.
